A different kind of hunt. Real objects, hidden by a real organizer at real places — and only the first few finders get to keep one. When an item's claims are gone, it is gone. No second chances, no everyone-wins.
Physical treasure, not points
The organizer hides actual items and marks each one with a QR code. Find it, scan it, and it is yours to claim — verified by your GPS, so you have to be standing there.
First come, first served
Every item has a limited number of claims — sometimes just one. Check what is still available before you set off, then move fast. Scarcity is the difficulty.
